Develop efficient, innovative, and cost-effective solar PV system designs. Prepare SLD, 3D layouts, and shadow simulations using AutoCAD and Helioscope.
Bring engineering excellence to the rooftop. Supervise mechanical and electrical installation teams, ensure strict ISO quality and CEIG compliance.
Support the assembly, wiring, chemical earthing, inverter connection, and commissioning of residential and commercial solar PV plants.
Drive revenue growth and expand market presence in commercial & industrial rooftop solar (10 kW to 500 kW) across Kolkata, Howrah, and industrial belts.
Promote rooftop solar solutions to residential homeowners and small businesses. Conduct on-site audits, present cost savings, and assist subsidy applications.
Manage sourcing and procurement of solar modules, inverters, cables, and structural steel for EPC projects. Negotiate with Tier-1 manufacturers.
Be the creative voice behind our brand. Lead digital campaigns, customer case studies, social media storytelling, and local Bengal clean-energy outreach.
Manage customer communications across the solar installation lifecycle. Coordinate net-metering status updates and after-sales service requests.
